President - Gordon Machej C.A

• Has served as Vice President, Chair-Audit Committee, Chair Member Relations Committee.
• Business experience in finance, marketing, transportation, communications and strategic planning.
• A former Commissioner of the Canadian Wheat Board.
• Serves as Director on various other Boards
• Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Manitoba.
• Member of Assiniboine, Cambrian, and Steinbach Credit Unions.
• Associate Member of Keystone Agricultural Producers.
• A long term member of the Co-op and a Board Member since 2003.

Vice-President - Dale Riddell

• Extensive career with major Co-ops (1975 - 2001)
• Senior management experience in business planning, management, marketing and staff responsibilities
• Worked as a Co-op board senior officer with responsibilities in board governance, member communication, Co-op policy, government regulations, Co-op act, member services, extension and managing the democratic structure of a Co-Op
• Has been a member of the Board since 2004

Secretary - Marcel Daeninick

• Administrator Continuing Education program for St. Boniface School Division
• Board Member Belgian Credit Union for 20 years
• Served on Red River's Member Relations and Audit Committees
• Has been a member of the Board since 1998

Director - Bruce Froebe

• Previously a Director of the Homewood Co-op
• Currently serves on the Red River Co-op Member Relations, and Audit, Committees
• Has served on a number of other private company Boards.
• Focus will be: increasing equity/cash back to members, improving full-service, renovating older facilities, and adding new locations.
• Was elected to the Board March 2007

Director - Marlene Boersch

• Managing Partner for Mercantile Consulting Venture Inc.
• Extensive experience in the agriculture industry through past employment with Berdex Canada Ltd, Xcan Grain Ltd, Roy Legumex Inc., Cargill Ltd , and the University of Saskatchewan.
• Holds a Master of Science in Agricultural Economics from the U of S
• Previous board experience with;

• Became a member of the Board in 2008

Director - Nicole Woelke

• Became an advocate of co-operatives and our 7 international principles since first learning of them in high school at the Manitoba Cooperative Youth Leadership Seminar
• Working in the co-operative sector for the past 15 years with Credit Union Central of Manitoba, Astra Credit Union and the CUMIS Group.
• Presently owner of Confido DS, providing operational services to Manitoba Co-ops and Credit Unions.
• My goals include: support environmental initiatives, share with our members the powerful benefits of the co-operative movement and of course, to support our Co-op's continued success.
• Elected to the Board March, 2009

Director - Ward Weisensel

• Chief Operating Officer for the Canadain Wheat Board
• Has extnsive experience in marketing, strategic planning, transportation and communications
• Sits on the Board of the Canadian International Grains Institute and Western Transportation Advisory Committee.
• Has worked for several co-operatives of the past number of years
• Garduate of the University of Saskatchewan
• Appointed to the Board May, 2009
• On Member Relations Committee since October 2008
