Red River Co-op has a strong commitment to promoting employees from within the organization and offers all of our employees the training and development they need to develop their careers. Many of our employees started in entry level positions. With the training that the Co-operative Retailing System offers, employees have been able to develop the skills and experience required to advance into positions of greater responsibility.

 

In order to assist employees in reaching their goals of career advancement, we offer a variety of training experiences, including hands-on learning and off-site seminars on a variety of topics, to employees at all levels of the organization.
