DESCRIPTION

D-MO GOLD SL SAE 0W-40 motor oil has an advanced formulation designed for applications that need the API CJ-4/SM service classification required for 2007 and newer emission compliant engines equipped with diesel particulate filters (DPF).

D-MO GOLD SL offers all of the advantages of D-MO GOLD with the benefits of a Group IV (polyalphaolefin) synthetic base oil formulation. These exceptional benefits are especially evident in the areas of low temperature performance, oxidative stability, reduced volatility, and reduction in wear due to extreme pressure conditions.

CJ-4 oils are backward compatible to CI-4 PLUS oils and drain intervals do not need to be modified if used in conjunction with ultra low sulphur diesel (ULSD).

APPLICATIONS

D-MO GOLD SL is recommended for use in diesel engines that require the current API qualifications of CJ-4 and previous API diesel motor oil specifications such as CI-4 PLUS, CI-4 and CH-4. DMO GOLD SL can be used in applications that require Cummins CES 20081, Detroit Diesel PGOS 93K218, Volvo VDS-4, Caterpillar ECF-3, ACEA E7 & E9, and Renault RLD-3 performance.
