Co-operative Structure
Corporate Overview:
The Co-op [Structure] is owned by its members, who influence the direction of the Cooperative by attending the Annual General meeting and electing the Board of Directors.
It is then the Board Members' responsibility to hire a General Manager as well as becoming involved in and appointing Committees for various responsibilities within the Co-op.The Management then hires the staff to serve you.
